Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Your date and rental items are not reserved until a $2oo.oo deposit and completed Rental Inquiry form are received. If more than one person wants to reserve a certain item on the same date, we allow the first person to place a deposit full access to our inventory. Your balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Your deposit will be fully refundable after rental items are returned in good, clean, original condition. We do take short notice requests, please inquire for details.
Your initial $2oo.oo deposit is held until rental items are returned. It is fully refundable minus any breakage/repair/replace fees. We understand that accidents may happen. However, any breakage, damage or loss of rental items will be billed to you at replacement cost. With Love, Vintage rentals will issue you a refund for the remainder of the deposit (minus amount used for replacement/repair). In the unlikely event that the total cost of replacement/repair is larger than the deposit, you are responsible for the difference.
The planning, preparation, thoughtful selecting, and packing of your vintage items, begin long before your event date. Our cancellation policy reflects that process. Your deposit is refundable if cancellation in writing occurs at least 30 days prior to your delivery date minus a $50.oo cancellation fee. Your rental agreement is automatically canceled if final payment is not received at least 2 weeks before your event. In the event of your less than 30 day cancellation notice (or automatic cancellation for failure to pay your remaining balance as scheduled), your deposit will not be refundable.
Be sure to properly plan for your outdoor events. No refunds are given nor rescheduling due to inclement weather. Again, this reflects the significant effort that goes into preparing for your event long before your special day.
Rental items are rented to you for a time period agreed upon, usually 24 to 48 hours or an agreed upon time frame contracted between us. We are flexible and very happy to work with you on the needed time for your event, however, should the rentals be retained for a longer period without our prior agreement the client will be charged at 1.5 times the standard daily rental rate.
DELIVERY and PICK UP:
Delivery and pick up of your rented items are included within a 50 mile radius of Creston, MT. Outside of that radius there is a $1.oo per mile each way for delivery and pick up. We calculate mileage using Google maps. There is a $150.oo minimum purchase for delivery.
With Love, Vintage Rentals accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries and/or property damage or damage to any persons caused by items rented or sold and can accept no liability arising from any event involving or concerning rented or sold items. All items are rented solely under the responsibility of the renter.
PHOTOGRAPHY: We reserve the right to photograph our rentals at any given venue and event location.

Returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.oo
